My issue may be more related to my laptop or AbobeXI. I've searched and skimmed thru the IMEI sticky and didn't see anything about my issue. Well yesterday afternoon I lost my IMEI without a backup. Like I said, this must be more related to my laptop and Adobe software then anything else? I feel ignorant asking this because it has to something simple but I'm just stuck. I've tried un installing and re installing Adobe Reader, and un installing and re installing QPST from the IMEI fix sticky thread. I have File, Edit, View, Window, and Help but no Settings. The step where I am in RF NV Item Manager and need to hit Settings and select Comport, I don't have a Settings tab up top to hit.
